Our Story

The AA-JAA team consists of young, energetic, innovative and socially conscious team of people that wants to enable you to do your bit in saving the environment by reducing traffic on road, traffic congestion, higher transit times and increased air pollution.

AA-JAA team inspiration comes from the fact that we were all commuting to office daily and all of us faced the same issues of huge no of vehicles on the road in which we realized and found that 92% of the times only one person is travelling in every vehicle.

It made logical sense to us to travel with someone else, but the issue we faced was reliability, safety and security as we did not know our co-rider(s).

Travelling with known people gave rise to issues of commuting with fixed partners, at their time and their route with fixed pickup and drop points and extensive coordination.

Travelling to office in our own vehicle created problems of severe parking crunch our office premises. Alternately some co-workers would be waiting at the same time to get a cab for home inspite of them travelling to the same area and similar destinations... only ignorant of the co-workers route and destination since we did not know them and our hesitancy in asking them to share the ride

It was then, that an idea struck us, to develop a fully automated way for employees to share rides with unknown employees, flexibly and reliably with complete safety and security.
